The beach is calling! Nestled in the sugar sand dunes of the Fort Morgan peninsula, the Gulf Shores Plantation at Kiva Dunes Golf Course is a family-friendly beachfront resort community with loads of amenities! There are TWO on-site restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The Sassy Bass is beachside and just a few steps away. The Kiva Grill is at the golf club and has beautiful views of the 18th green. And new in 2024, we have a coffee, smoothie, & ice cream shop just steps away called Selah Fort Morgan!

The Gulf Shores Plantation is a quiet, low rise condo community located right next to Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Located in Fort Morgan, just west of Gulf Shores, we have less traffic and more beach for you to enjoy. The community amenities are available to you during your stay.

Julie’s place was perfect for me and my husband, two of our friends, and our 10 month old. So nice inside and had everything we needed. Perfect location not too far from restaurants and stores. Also loved the pool and paved walk-way to beach. This helped so much with our baby!

Awesome location and awesome host. Very detailed instructions and everyone on site was very nice and helpful. A Plus is the security guards at the front. Security guards were very nice also. I would gladly stay again!

I stayed with my husband and our 2 kids (8 and 1). Julie’s place was perfect! The unit was exactly as described and the close location to the pool was super convenient. Julie was very responsive and provided detailed instructions and a helpful guide prior to check-in. The resort was very kid friendly - the pool closest had a large 1-3 feet area and the boardwalk to the beach made it easier to carry or use a wagon for all the beach gear. The area is quiet, but an easy 20 minute drive to all of the beachy tourist activities. Although, with a couple of restaurants and coffee shop on site, there’s really no need to leave.

Our stay was perfection. This was our daughter's first trip to the ocean and I couldn't have asked for more. The location was beautiful and everything was very clean. Lots of cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, carts for luggage and even an elevator. the hostess was quick to respond and I felt like a priority. Everything was great.

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway! Condo was clean and exactly how described! Beautiful view and short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay again! Julie was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions and responded quickly!

The place was perfect for our SB 25 trip! The condo was perfect, great location, view of the ocean, sunrise from the patio, nice kitchen with everything you need, and a solid icemaker. Kids had plenty to do with the pool, the gym, the basketball, and of course the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise on the beach and the a walk for coffee at Selah. They have good ice cream too! We rented kayaks for some fun on the lagoon from Aloha rental. Eva was great, had all the gear and great advice. Saw some stingrays, mullet, birds, and found tons of hermit crabs. We hiked the Pine trail which was an easy hike and fun. We also went to the state park and walked along the trails there as well. Seemed like renting bikes would be fun there. We saw sunny the resident alligator so that was cool. We ate at the hangout, tacky jacks and Jesse’s. All were good in their own way. The condo was the anchor to our great week. It was comfy, in good shape, and had everything you could need. We’d definitely go again.

My kids and I had a great Spring Break getaway at Julie’s place. The process and check in/check out procedures were smooth. The condo was really clean and was a great location and close to the beach. Julie was very quick to respond with any questions and recommendations. There were so many extras in case you forgot something. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
