The beach is calling! Nestled in the sugar sand dunes of the Fort Morgan peninsula, the Gulf Shores Plantation at Kiva Dunes Golf Course is a family-friendly beachfront resort community with loads of amenities! There are TWO on-site restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The Sassy Bass is beachside and just a few steps away. The Kiva Grill is at the golf club and has beautiful views of the 18th green. And new in 2024, we have a coffee, smoothie, & ice cream shop just steps away called Selah Fort Morgan!

The Gulf Shores Plantation is a quiet, low rise condo community located right next to Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Located in Fort Morgan, just west of Gulf Shores, we have less traffic and more beach for you to enjoy. The community amenities are available to you during your stay.
